Does it really matter at this point? Wild are a fringe playoff team at best, we need them to start worrying more about the rebuild than we do being a one and done playoff team... again...

Actually, I was thinking about the future when I said they need a C, not this year to make the playoffs. The Wild are going to need a true #1 C to play with Kaprizov next year, so that is what I am looking at. So it does matter at this point, when you look at what you are getting in return on any trades. And the more I look at this roster and season, I don't thin Guerin is going to be making many, if any, trades before the deadline. I know that teams tend to overpay more at the deadline then they do, say, at the draft. And we know that BG has to open up a spot for Kaprizov, so there might be something that happens with a Zucker, Greenway or Donato type. And I hope to high heaven that BG does not trade away Foligno. He has become the heart and soul of this team.
